LANCASHIRE’S County Championship match against Kent is evenly poised, with the hosts needing another 255 to win with eight wickets left.
Lancs were dismissed second time around for 321, with Shivnarine Chanderpaul (120) leading the way and Gareth Cross (50) and Sajid Mahmood (41) providing support.
Kent, set 340 to win, lost Joe Denly and Robert Key, leaving Sam Northeast (14 not out) and Martin van Jaarsveld (21 not out) to pick up the baton today.
